This document sets out the terms and rules governing use of the 90000 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 90000 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 90000 platform or its services.

Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who register a new account are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this document in full as at the date of registration.

This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited.

Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 90000 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. 90000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. If any information provided is found to be false or inaccurate, the account in question may be terminated and any remaining balance withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 90000 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's own failure to safeguard their login credentials.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted within their account are lawful and compliant with applicable regulations. The following are strictly prohibited on the 90000 platform:

Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering or other unlawful purposes.
Using automated software, bots or other technical tools to access or manipulate the platform.
Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
Exploiting any technical errors or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
Providing false information during registration, identity verification or withdrawal requests.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and further action where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 90000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, FPX and approved e-wallets. Users are required to use only payment methods registered in their own name — the use of third-party payment methods is not permitted.

Deposits are processed automatically once payment is confirmed by the system. Processing times vary depending on the method selected. For withdrawals, users must satisfy the required identity verification criteria before their request can be processed.

90000 reserves the right to conduct anti-fraud checks and place holds on suspicious transactions pending investigation. Where a transaction is verified as legitimate following review, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Users with transaction-related enquiries may refer to the FAQ or contact our support team.

Any taxes applicable to winnings or transactions are solely the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian tax law.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Liability Limitations: 90000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users arising from their use of the platform, including service disruptions, data loss or technical errors beyond our control. This platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any implied warranties as to its accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual Property: All content on the 90000 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs and software code — is the exclusive property of 90000 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any such content without prior written consent from 90000.

Third-Party Links: Where the platform contains links to third-party websites or services, 90000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those sites. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.

Account Policy, Terms Updates and Governing Law

Account Suspension and Closure: 90000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or on platform security grounds. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud or serious violations are not entitled to claim any remaining balance in the account.

Users may also request voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting the 90000 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and any eligible balance has been returned.

Changes to Terms: 90000 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with this document or the use of the 90000 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
